The terms for exploring, saving experiments and creating videos with Tuduni.
Effective and last updated:
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Tuduni at tuduni.com, operated by Vishal Singh Bais, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Tuduni for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must have legal capacity to agree, or the permission and supervision required from a parent or guardian. Questions: vishalbais@gmail.com.
2. Educational and creative use
Tuduni offers interactive gravity experiments, satellite exploration, Earth and Moon sky views, saved projects and browser-based video creation. Scientific outputs use models, approximations and data that can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Space fabric is a visualization metaphor. This is not a validated navigation, mission-planning, aviation, emergency, engineering-safety or other safety-critical service. Review the displayed assumptions, warnings and source dates.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and content you are authorized to access. Do not bypass access or plan limits, attack the service, distribute malware, unlawfully access data, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction was mistaken.
4. Your projects and videos
You retain your rights in the original content you create. You allow Tuduni to store, process and display your content as needed to provide the features you request, including any sharing you choose. You are responsible for the rights and permissions in imported or shared material. Do not include confidential or personal information in publicly shared projects. Exported videos may contain third-party textures, imagery or datasets; their source licenses and attribution requirements still apply. See data sources and licenses and the linked asset credits. Using Tuduni does not transfer ownership of our software, branding or third-party assets to you.
5. Plans, payments and cancellation
Available features, limits and prices are described on Pricing and, for paid purchases, at checkout. A displayed plan does not mean checkout is available. Before subscribing, review the actual amount, currency, billing interval and renewal terms. If recurring billing is offered, it continues until canceled under the checkout terms. Do not purchase if those details are unclear. Cancellation and billing requests follow our refunds and cancellation policy. Statutory consumer rights remain available.
6. Availability and limitations
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Rendering and encoding depend on your browser, hardware and codec support. Recordings and unsaved work can be lost if you close the page; download files and keep your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific scientific accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
7. Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using Tuduni and request account deletion. Cancel any active paid subscription first so future billing is stopped. Google access can be revoked separately in your Google Account. Our privacy policy describes data use, retention and your choices.
8. Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the updated date here. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate; any legally required notice or consent will apply. Please contact vishalbais@gmail.com to resolve a concern. The operator is based in India; applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections determine your rights and the competent forum. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory local rights.
