Your data & account deletion
Manage your Tuduni information, remove your account and revoke Google access.
Effective and last updated:
1. Manage or copy your information
In Account settings, update your name and preferences or sign out. Export project scenario files from the laboratory before deletion if you want to keep them. To request a copy or correction of other account information, contact vishalbais@gmail.com from your account email. We may verify account ownership.
2. Delete your Tuduni account
- Cancel any active paid subscription in Billing.
- Open Account settings → Account access → Request account deletion.
- Confirm deletion using the secure email link. The request alone does not delete your account.
If the email does not arrive, you use Google sign-in, or you cannot access the account, contact vishalbais@gmail.com with the subject “Tuduni account deletion request” and your account email. We will verify ownership before deletion. Do not send your Google password, Tuduni password or sign-in codes.
3. What deletion removes and retains
Deletion removes your live account, linked authentication records and OAuth tokens, sessions, projects and versions, saved observatory views, favorites, usage and export history. It is permanent. Payment and audit records may remain for accounting, legal and security needs with the account relationship detached; transaction references and audit details may still be present. Provider backups are subject to their backup lifecycle. Browser-local settings, observer location, downloaded videos and copies you shared elsewhere must be removed separately. Read the retention details.
4. Revoke Google access separately
Open Google Account → Third-party connections, select Tuduni and remove its connection. This revokes Google access but does not delete your Tuduni account, cancel billing or sign out existing Tuduni sessions. Sign out in Tuduni and follow the deletion steps above to remove stored account information. Deleting Tuduni does not delete your Google Account.
5. Clear location and local data
Use Clear location in Live Moon, revoke geolocation in browser permissions, and clear Tuduni’s site data to remove browser-local preferences and unsaved work. Delete downloaded files through your device. Saved observatory views in your account need to be deleted separately or removed with your account.
